PANHELLENIC RESOURCES AND BYLAWS

The Fraternity and Sorority Life website is the official Cal Poly SLO resource for everything related to Greek life on campus. It provides information on each governing council, including policies, events, recruitment, and leadership opportunities. The site helps students, parents, and community members understand how the Fraternity and Sorority Life system is organized and how to get involved.

The Standing Rules outline the policies and procedures that guide Panhellenic as a whole. They are designed to ensure accountability, promote fair practices, and foster a positive and respectful experience within the Panhellenic community and the broader Greek system.

The Panhellenic Bylaws establish the foundational rules and expectations that govern the Panhellenic community. They provide a framework to ensure fairness, safety, and inclusivity, supporting a structured and values-based environment for all member organizations and participants. They are updated every year for relevancy and accuracy.

The PNM Code of Ethics is a simple form that all Potential New Members complete to support a safe, respectful, and welcoming recruitment experience. It outlines shared expectations and values, helping ensure that every participant contributes to an inclusive and positive environment throughout the recruitment process.

The Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Action Plan provides an overview of how Panhellenic interprets member feedback and implements DEI initiatives within recruitment and the broader Greek community. It highlights ongoing efforts, goals, and practices designed to foster a more equitable, inclusive, and supportive experience for all members.
