Parent Information Zoom Meeting
Join us for a informational Zoom meeting to ask any questions about Panhellenic Recruitment and joining our Greek Community. Time is TBD and the Zoom link will be found on this event and our LinkTree closer to the date.
Mandatory PMN Orientation
T-Minus 1 day till Formal Recruitment officially begins! PNMs will learn about the Formal Recruitment process at Cal Poly and get a small insight into each sorority and their values. PNMs will also get a chance to meet their Recruitment Counselor in person and bond with the other PNMs in their RC group. This day is a way for PNMs to get any last questions/concerns out with Panhellenic or their Recruitment Counselor before they begin their recruitment journey.

Panhellenic Day 1
During this round, PNMs will be split into two groups. Group 1 will start on Saturday while Group 2 will start on Sunday. PNMs will visit all nine chapter houses and talk to active members at each house. After this round, PNMs will prioritize their preferred chapters in order of desirability. PNMs never “drop” a chapter – they simply focus on prioritizing specific chapters. All selections are made between the PNM and their assigned Recruitment Counselor.

National Denim Day
Denim Day is an international sexual violence prevention campaign held on the last Wednesday of April, where people wear jeans to protest against victim-blaming myths. Join us and wear denim day to protest and share our support for victims of sexual assault.
Open House Club Showcase
Come say hi and learn about joining our Panhellenic community! All nine of our chapters will be there as well to share about their sisterhoods and values.

Cal Poly Open House Weekend
Join us for Cal Poly Open House weekend. The Panhellenic council will be boothing from 6-9pm at the Thursday Farmers Market. Then on Saturday from 11-2pm you can find us and all of our chapters at the Club Showcase. We are so excited to meet you. Follow us on instagram @calpolypanhellenic to keep updated on our weekend!
National Sexual Assault Awareness Month
Sexual Assault Awareness Month (SAAM) is recognized nationally during the month of April. As part of Alpha Chi Omega’s philanthropic mission, they are dedicated to supporting survivors, raising awareness, and educating themselves and others about the prevalence of sexual violence, not just in April but year-round. Join us on April 29th and wear denim in relation to Denim Day.
